In meinen Einzelstunden ist es mir ein Anliegen, Menschen so zu begleiten, daß sie einen Zugang zu sich und ihrem eigenen Lösungspotential finden. Im achtsamen Kontakt wird die Perspektive auf die eigenen Ressourcen gerichtet, positive Lösungsmöglichkeiten entwickelt und konkrete Schritte in eine Umsetzung im Alltag erarbeitet.
Meine Angebote sind und ersetzen keine Psychotherapie - für psychotherapeutische Anliegen bitte ich, entsprechende Fachpersonen aufzusuchen.
Mein besonderer Fokus liegt auf einer traumasensiblen und somit Nervensytem regulierenden Herangehensweise.

In Yoga as therapy the focus is on a healing application of the yoga elements. Inner and outer attitudes are being supported in the way the body expresses them. Energetic patterns underlying the physis are being explored.
An individual yoga practice and exercise program will be developed together.
Ideally, this is integrated into everyday life in order to bring about a long-term positive change.

Yoga private lesson

In a Yoga private lesson specific yoga elements are discussed, refined and deepened.
This can be, for example, working with certain asanas or a breathing practice, a meditation, yoga-philosophical aspects or creating an individual yoga sequence.
There is enough space for questions that cannot be taken up in a group lesson.
The focus is on adapting the yoga practice to your very own conditions and physical circumstances, which are always associated with direct feedback.
A debriefing of the individual lesson is also an important factor.

is a treatment that is carried out by touch while lying on a therapeutic massage tablee. It begins with a preliminary talk in which relevant topics find their place. Working on the craniosacral rhythm initiates deep relaxation. The craniosacral rhythm, like the heart and breathing rhythm, represents an independent rhythm in the body and is essentially responsible for well-being and health. During the treatment, the therapist palpates disturbances in the craniosacral rhythm through careful contact. Impulses that are finer than massage strokes are given in such a way that the craniosacral rhythm finds its way back into a balanced, healthy expression. This will help the whole system get back to its original health state.
The self-healing powers of the body and mind are activated and resources strengthened.

Craniosacral work has many uses. This work has proven very effective with the various stress symptoms, exhaustion, burnout and recurring chronic complaints.

Traumatic processes also find support through craniosacral work in addition to other therapeutic methods.
My treatments are a valuable addition to classic therapies. However, they do not replace medical applications. Symptoms are not treated either.
